Welcome to the Wide Bay Workforce Hub

The Aged Services Workforce Hub is a platform for all organisations involved in the Aged Services Sectors workforce to come together including:

 

  • Aged Services Providers
  • Individuals currently working in the Sector
  • Individuals interested in working in the Sector
  • Registered Training organisations (RTOs)
  • Employment Services Providers and
  • The broader community

The Aged Services Workforce Hub focuses on supporting the Aged Services sector with recruitment, retention and ongoing development of our workforce within your region.

Employment Information Sessions

Employment Information Sessions will be conducted in Hervey Bay twice yearly.  Job seekers can hear from incredible people currently working in the Aged Services Sector, both residential and Home & Community. The sessions provide job seekers with information on the various job roles within sector, what make a ‘right fit’ worker and how to get onto the Employment Register.
